A Pemberville man has been indicted for allegedly using a vehicle to cause injury to another. A Wood County grand jury on Sept. 20 indicted Antonio C. Herrera, 37, for felonious assault, a second-degree felony. On June 21, he allegedly caused serious physical harm to another man by a deadly weapon in this case a motor vehicle. The grand jury also indicted: Co-defendants Quinn Anthony Kotsko, 29, Eastpointe, Michigan, and Corey Allan Smith, 33, Fort Gratiot, Michigan, for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both first-degree felonies.
