September 16, 2023 (ENTEBBE) – Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan on Saturday held talks on the latter’s latest diplomatic trip abroad. Al-Burhan was in Uganda in what officials described as a one-day working visit. “They deliberated on bilateral and regional issues,” the Ugandan presidency said. The Sudanese leader was accompanied by Foreign Affairs minister, Ali Al-Sadiq, and the Director of the General Intelligence Service, Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
