Three Republican congressmen on Tuesday introduced a bill to repeal the D.C. Home Rule Act, an effort that would remove the DC mayor and council, granting all governing authority in the District to Congress. The bill, which is not likely to pass, was introduced by Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) and cosponsored by Reps. Matt Rosendale (R-Mont.) and Byron Donalds (R-Fla.).
