A stateside warrant has been issued for a Toledo man who reported a fake bomb threat. Del’Rico Wallace, 26, was scheduled to appear Tuesday for a hearing to revoke his bond. When he didn’t show up, Wood County Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack issued the warrant. Wood County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Charles McDonald said the state filed the motion to revoke Wallace’s bond after he consistently failed required drug testing by adult probation. Wallace tested positive for marijuana, McDonald said. The defendant also didn’t show for a required pre-sentence investigation, he added.
