NORTH BALTIMORE — A Findlay woman was seriously injured after she reportedly failed to yield at stop sign and was struck by another vehicle Thursday in the Mitchell and Deshler roads intersection. According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office report, on Thursday at 5:01 p.m., Cade Whitticar, 22, Van Buren, driving a 2020 Toyota Camry, was westbound on Deshler. Sheila Serrano, 48, Findlay, driving a 2018 Hyundai Kona, was southbound on Mitchell, approaching Deshler. She failed to yield and her vehicle was struck by Whitticar’s, according to the report.
