Dyllan Reeves On July 5th, Sgt. Junior Fields stopped a Silver Jeep after checking the vehicle’s speed by stationary radar. Radar indicated that the vehicle was traveling 93 mph in a 70 mph on I-40 near the 262 mile marker traveling eastbound. Upon stopping the vehicle and speaking to driver Sgt.
