A Dunbridge man charged with fatally striking a bicyclist on Saturday on South Main and Pearl streets was allegedly drunk. James Patrick Lindsay, 54, has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. According to the Bowling Green Police Division’s report, a warrant for Lindsay’s blood was obtained after he showed signs of intoxication. An open container of alcohol was also in his truck, the report said.
