The center stated in a statement that the stations of the National Seismological Network recorded 13 weak quakes, including 5 in Turkey, with magnitudes ranging between 2.1 and 3.5, and 3 quakes in Liwa Iskenderun with magnitudes reaching up to 2.9, in addition to two tremors on the Syrian-Turkish border with a magnitude ranging between 2.2 and 2.9, and a quake in off shore Lebanon near Tripoli.
