A Ukiah woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly hitting an officer in the face with a large rock, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, an officer responded to the intersection of West Perkins and South School streets shortly before 8 a.m. May 23 for a report of someone causing a disturbance.
