In his condolence message, Rangasamy, who is heading AINRC-Bharatiya Janata party coalition ministry here, termed Badal's death as an ''irreparable loss.'' He also said that the SAD veteran, who was five time Chief Minister of Punjab had contributed distinctly to the development of Punjab and the whole nation in general.
