STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED: An officer responded to the intersection of Talmage Road and Airport Park Boulevard at 7:27 a.m. Feb. 18 for a report of a stolen vehicle being recovered, and cited a Ukiah man for possession of  drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
