Clements the repercussions of the humanitarian catastrophe as a result of the earthquake that struck the country last Monday. They discussed the possibility of expanding the Cash Assistance Project and rapid response by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to include those affected by the earthquake.
