Scott Mofield Patricia Linder Mark Rbertson On January 28th, Deputy Nathan Williams observed a gold DMV Envoy leaving the residence of Scotty Mofield. Mr. Mofield had multiple active arrest warrants. Mark Robertson was identified as the driver of the vehicle leaving the residence.. Robertson’s license was currently revoked for a DUI conviction. Mr Robertson continued to drive even when Dep. Williams attempted to stop the vehicle. Mr. Robertson immediately detained and placed into custody for driving under a revoked license. After a search of his person a false battery was found containing two bags of 30 grams of methamphetamine. Later in jail search, a meth pipe was found.
