Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad received on Monday a cable of condolences from Head of Hamas‘ Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh. Haniyeh expressed, on behalf of Hamas movement and the Palestinian people, deepest condolence and sympathy to President al-Assad and the Syrian people over victims of the earthquake that hit Syria on Monday. Haniyeh also expressed the Palestinian people’ full solidarity and support to the Syrian people in facing the catastrophic effects of this disaster.
