According to the UPD, the most recent arrest occurred on Monday, Jan. 9, when multiple alerts were generated by the Flock LPR (License Plate Reader) camera system regarding a motorcycle stolen out of San Francisco that had been spotted driving within Ukiah around 8:30 p.m. Responding officers located the motorcycle in the 900 block of North State Street, and reportedly detained the driver, identified as Paul J.
