A wanted man detonated a bomb in the al-Shaar neighbourhood of the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, on Tuesday evening, injuring three regime troops, according to the regime's Ministry of Interior. The man, who was reportedly accompanied by another individual, was allegedly wearing an explosive belt and was in  "possession of bombs and military weapons", according to a statement on the ministry’s Facebook page.
