The Smith County Drug Prevention Coalition 2022 Glow Walk was held Thursday, September 29th in South Carthage. Dozens participated in the event for National Recovery Month. The decorated walking trail, glow theme and festive event is a reminder that there is light and hope in recovery. The Smith County Drug Prevention Coalition shares prevention and recovery information throughout the year. They provide educational information and programming in the schools system and are a valuable resource in the prevention of underage use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
