Damascus,SANA-With participation of more than /800/ people, the Marathon / We want to run for Basma / in supporting of the children with cancer set off on Friday morning , form the Sheraton Hotel towards the Mouwasat roundabout and the Children’s Hospital to the Mazzeh Highway and then back towards the hotel . This marathon is organized by the Association to Support Children with Cancer (Basma) in cooperation with the Athletics Federation. The route of the marathon reached 3.5 km, and it will be the last stop for the participants at the Sheraton Hotel to carry out a range of recreational, artistic and awareness activities.
