A Ukiah man was arrested for violating his parole Wednesday when allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, deputies stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of Kuki Lane in Ukiah around 2:15 a.m. Sept. 28 when the driver reportedly failed to stop at a Stop Sign. Upon learning that the driver, identified as Edward Blakeley, 43, of Ukiah, was “on active Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) out of Solano County,” the deputies searched the suspect and his vehicle, reportedly finding “a personal use quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a methamphetamine smoking pipe.” Blakeley was then arrested on suspicion o
