September 27, 2022 (ABYEI) – The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) said it is “deeply” disturbed by the renewed clashes between the Twic and Ngok Dinka communities taking place in Agok, an area 28 kilometres from Abyei town. Reports said clashes between the two groups on September 23, 2022 has resulted in to an influx of over 223 people seeking protection in Agok area.
