Two Ukiah teens were arrested this week for allegedly burglarizing vehicles and discharging firearms, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, deputies responded to South Dora Street around 10 p.m. Sept. 19 for a report of people checking car doors in the area. After not finding anyone in that area, deputies responded to the area of Beacon Lane and Rose Avenue for reports of shots being fired and and people looking into cars. There deputies found Ukiah Police Department officers who had detained a 16-year-old, and spoke to three residents who reported having their cars broken into.
