Chloe Hart, SCHS Senior The Ira “Chuck” Donath Trust committee is pleased to present Chloe Hart as the 2022 Smith County High School recipient of the $7,500 Ira “Chuck’ Donath Scholarship and will be honored at the 6th annual Nobel Peace Prize Dinner on September 17th.  The late Mr. Donath endowed a $7,500 scholarship to be awarded to a Smith County High School senior based on their academic achievements, leadership, and community service.  Ms.Hart is the daughter of Amy Hart of Rome and Christopher Hart of Riddleton. She is also the granddaughter of Beverly and Charles Eubank and Lynda and Dennis Hart. Chloe will attend Tennessee Tech University and plans to major in Nursing. She
