The Department of Islamic Research and Studies at the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs has announced the names of winners of the Ramadan quiz for the year 1443 AH. In a statement, the department said that a committee was formed to determine the winners. About 300 participants entered the competition this year. The committee was headed by the Director of the Department of Research and Islamic Studies Sheikh Dr Ahmed bin Mohamed bin Ghanem al-Thani. The ministry allocated financial prizes for the winners with the support and funding of the General Directorate of Endowments.
